Power Up Your Running Fitness through Super Interval + Circuit Killer training sessions

  • Day: Every Tuesday (except on Public Holidays or other circumstances)
  • Time: 8pm to 9pm (1 hour)
  • Venue: Queenstown Stadium (If unavailable, an alternative will be found)
  • Fee: $5 per person per session (There is no package.  Pay when you come)
  • Bring: Drink, Mat(optional as some exercises will be done on the floor), change of clothes (optional)
  • Registration: Not required.
  • What we do: Strength training & Interval training
